The best part about moving is the fresh new canvas if you ask me. I love the starting from scratch part. Four empty walls and all the possibilities in the world.
I’ve been making plans for my new home for a while now. One of the things I knew I wanted early on was a Montana bookcase. I grew up surrounded with great design classics including Montana bookcases on the walls (oh yes, my love and passion for great design does not come from strangers – thanks dad!).
After looking at models and colour swathes for a while I placed an order a little over a month ago. And I’ve been waiting patiently ever since. It will arrive next week – and I can’t wait. One more thing to check off my list.
I will show you more as soon as it is up on the wall.
Oh, and this CNN piece about Copenhagen made me smile this week. “Hooga” [hygge] all the way, baby! Happy Saturday, lovelies x
